How do I book a game?

Click the BOOK NOW tab at the top of this page. You can also call the number at the top of this page if you are still puzzled about our booking system.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, while we can sometimes take “walk-ins” and can schedule late bookings by phone it is preferable that you use our booking software with at least a 2-hour notice.

How much are your escape adventures?

Our pricing structure is tiered based on the number of players in your group. Our one our adventures are $40 per person at two players, $36 per person at three players, and $32 for groups of four or more players.

Is there an age limit?

Our escape adventures are designed for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed in your group but please know that the content may be too difficult for younger audiences to understand.

Will I be escaping with other guests?

Unlike most escape rooms all of our bookings are private experiences. We want your experience to be the very best possible while enjoying that time with friends and family. You are welcome to add other members to your team when you arrive for your adventure. Group size will be limited to the player count posted for each adventure.

Are your escape adventures scary?

There can be surprises, lighting effects, and sounds that will add to the immersion of your adventure. Our Grimm adventure does have some some scare elements in parts of the game.

Am I going to be “locked” in a room?

Our rooms are kept unlocked for safety concerns

Do you offer refunds?

All of our games are non-refundable. We can reschedule your booking if given at least a 24 hour notice.

How much time will I spend at The Lost Room : Escape Adventures?

Typically you will spend about an hour and a half at The Lost Room. This includes arriving 15 minutes before your booking, 1 hour on your adventure, and 15 minutes after for debrief and pictures.
